Los Cabos = the Capes connecting both Cabo San Lucas and San Jose del Cabo
Located at the very furthest southern point of the Baja California Sur, and easily accesible by both land and see. If traveling by land, it is about 1000 miles from San Diego, and it is about 20 minutes from the Los Cabos international Airport.
Baja California Sur is Mexico’s primary neighbor to the Sea of Cortes and is a land full of contrast with its islands, marine life, desert, mountains and huge arroyos. This unique combination puts our destination in a special position within the tourism industry.
Los Cabos, which started in 1956 with twelve rooms at the Palmilla Hotel, now has over 11,000 rooms. Up until the end of 2008, statistics showed continued growth, with the highest daily average rate and revenue per available room in the country. The average stay continues to be close to four days, and its proximity to the primary North American markets enables guests visit Cabo several times during the year.
